PlexUtilities 1.2.7 出来了

1. 改变了对已格式化盘片的判定方法
2. 完善了持续数据传输率
3. 能显示出数据缓存, 突发速率, 马达提速时间, 马达降速时间, 托盘开启时间, 托盘关闭时间的最大值
4. 删除了IOP测试中对 BD combo机型的支持
5. 对 IOP测试功能增加了注释
6. 修正了传输速率测试中关于速度的bug
7. 增加了最大速度的信息
1. Changed the judgement of Formatted.
2. Round off SUSTAINED DATA TRANSFER RATE.
3. Show a value (Maximum) for DATA BUFFER SIZE, BURST RATE, SPINUP TIME, SPINDOWN TIME, TRAYOUT TIME, TRAYIN TIME
4. Removed the IOP measurement for BD combo drives.
5. Added a note of IOP.
6. Fixed the bug of speed in Transfer rate measurement.
7. Added a field of Maximum speed.
